An Advertising Agent at XTalk Prep is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing advertising strategies to effectively promote our consulting services.

They collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies.
• Develop advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and broadcast.
• Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and media outlets, to execute advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize advertising strategies and maximize ROI.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging advertising trends to innovate and adapt strategies accordingly.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills & Abilities :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
